PACKING RESTRICTIONS: We ask that you pack: 1 LARGE BAG & ESSENTIAL CAMPING EQUIPMENT ONLY. No alcohol, drug consumption, or smoking on the bus. Failure to adhere to this rule may result in immediate removal from the bus.
RISK OF TOWING: Be aware that you are at risk of being towed within city limits and private parking lots. Patrons from Kelowna can buy a Coast Capri hotel parking pass from their front desk.
Hot tip: leave a note with a phone number in your vehicle just in case.
BE EARLY: Be on time to catch the bus in your city and departing from Wicked Woods Music Festival.
PATIENCE: It will be out of our control if the bus is a few minutes late; please be patient with the driver as they will be stopping in a couple different cities collecting wicked ones for your journey together.
BRING YOUR ID: You will be given a bracelet on the bus when you arrive to the festival, have your ID ready.
PLAN AHEAD: Bring water and snacks for your journey, there will be no extra stops. Yes, there is a lavatory on board.
