WICKED WOODS MUSIC FESTIVAL FAQ

No exchanges or refunds in the case the event is terminated early, or postponed, due to any acts of God/nature, government regulation, or other actions beyond Wicked Wood Music Festival control.  All tickets are final sale.   If the event is cancelled, tickets will be refunded within 7 days of cancellation.  Refunds will be done through our ticketing company and will go back on the card provided at purchase. Tickets are invalid if the barcode is duplicated, removed, or tampered with. 

Gate opens at 9am on Wednesday June 7 for your chance to enter the grounds early and get yourself situated in your camp before the music starts Thursday evening. You will be required to have an early entry ticket to to enter the grounds on Wednesday.

In the chance Wicked Woods does not sell out, tickets will be available for purchase at the gate. Cash only.

Wicked Woods Online Tickets can be transferred to another name only once. No exceptions.

Wicked Woods does not assume any liability when presented with an invalid ticket at the front gate.  We encourage you to buy from reputable sources.  We have set up a ticket exchange group for those wanting to buy or sell tickets.  Also see our Scam Alert information page for further protection. 

Yes, you will be required to purchase a car/truck parking or a RV parking pass. There is free parking available, which is only a short walk in with your camping gear!

 Wicked Woods offers Glamping Camping! Our package includes a fully setup 3 meter diameter bell tent, comfy queen size bed with sheets and a decorated lit up area. You can add on extra items like bedding, water container, cooler, camping chairs, etc.

Wicked Woods has many different food and merchandise vendors to choose from to meet your shopping needs.

Unauthorized commercial vending prohibited. Selling anything without written consent from Wicked Woods Music Festival, is prohibited and may result in removal from the festival grounds.

There will be bottles of water available for purchase at the Vendors as well as free potable water to fill up your reusable water containers.

Yes, there will be ATMs on site.

Wristbands are required to be worn at all times! If your wristband is lost, please bring your ticket and ID to the HR department and they will get you sorted out.

Yes, there is cell phone service on site!

No, please refrain from bringing your fur babies. Vehicles will be searched at the gate, if a pet is found, you will be turned around at the gate. Please ensure you make arrangements for your pets.

Dress for all types of weather! Although Wicked Woods is situated in Fairmont Hot Springs where the weather is milder, it still can get chilly in the evening. There will be fires and warm areas throughout to keep you nice and toasty!

infractions are subject to fines.  

You will be charged a small $3 environmental fee per person. It will include for your convenience a large dark garbage bag for garbage, a large clear bag for returnable recyclables and a pocket ashtray for your butts!   Wicked Woods is held on sacred ground and we are focused on ensuring it is not left littered.  Wicked Woods staff will check all campsites upon guest departure and provide clearance for you to exit the grounds.  Please act respectfully.
