Our beloved volunteers are integral to the success of Wicked Woods. We are committed to providing a safe and inclusive working environment where volunteers can build new skills, collaborate with a fun team, and enjoy exclusive perks during the show. Our volunteer positions offer a diverse array of opportunities for you to exercise your existing skills, or dive in and learn something totally new with the support of your team.
Wicked Perks
Wicked Woods acknowledges your valued time and commitment to the team. As a thank you to our volunteers, we offer the following perks:
- Entry to Wicked Woods Music Festival
- A car pass
- Camping in crew camp area
- One meal per shift from our crew kitchen – to to be used on the day of your shift
- One shower per worked day
- Eternal gratitude from WW Music and Art Society
Please note that to receive all benefits, you must complete a minimum of 24 hours for most departments. The specifics of your shift requirements will be communicated to you based on the role you’ve applied for.
Deposit
We require a $250 deposit for all new volunteers which will be refunded in full after the completion and sign off of your volunteer shifts by your team leader. Returning volunteers in good standing with the festival are not required to pay the volunteer deposit.
